• We primarily communicate via the platform messenger as it is the most timely way for us to meet your needs. We are committed to responding to you quickly. • Your total guest count must be listed on your booking. • Please feel free to bring a glass of water to bed but kindly keep other food and drinks in the common areas. • We are animals lovers, but this is a pet-free home. A $500 fee will be assessed for violation of this rule. • We also love get-togethers but love our neighbors more. No parties or events unless we’ve talked first and given the thumbs-up. • Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep the fun indoors during those hours so we stay on good terms with our lovely neighbors. • Please no smoking of any kind inside the house—including vaping. Additionally, please be courteous and properly dispose of cigarette butts if you smoke outside. Thanks for helping us keep the space fresh and clean for everyone. • Requests to mail forgotten items will incur the cost of shipping, as well as a $25 convenience fee

You have the entire home and entire backyard for your use! You have private parking with easy access by a side entrance to the house. Access anytime after 4pm the day of your scheduled arrival with a keypad code lock.
