• We primarily communicate via the platform messenger as it is the most timely way for us to meet your needs. We are committed to responding to you quickly. • Your total guest count must be listed on your booking. A fee will be assessed if additional guests check-in without our knowledge. • Please feel free to bring a glass of water to bed but kindly keep other food and drinks in the living room, kitchen, and patio areas. • We are animals lovers, but this is a pet-free home. A $500 fee will be assessed for violation of this rule. • We also love get-togethers but love our neighbors more. No parties or events unless we’ve talked first and given the thumbs-up. • Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep the fun indoors during those hours so we stay on good terms with our lovely neighbors. • Please no smoking of any kind inside the house—including vaping. Additionally, please be courteous and properly dispose of cigarette butts if you smoke outside. Please understand you are in a heavily wooded area where forest fires are common. Thanks for helping us keep the space safe, fresh, and clean for everyone. • We will be asking you to upload a picture of your state issued ID prior to check-in. This is for your safety as well as ours. • Requests to mail forgotten items will incur the cost of shipping, as well as a $25 convenience fee

You have the entire home is available for your use! You have private parking with easy access by a main entrance to the house. Access anytime after 4pm the day of your scheduled arrival with a lockbox.
